All deposits are nonrefundable. The deposit will hold the puppy until it is old enough to leave it's mother or of shipping age. Under no condition will a cash refund be given once a deposit has been placed. If the buyer does not pay the balance due for the puppy when the puppy is of age, the deposit will not be refunded.

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health to the best of my knowledge at the time of sale. This puppy has had temporary inoculations against the illnesses as shown on the shot records provided at the date of sale. De-worming treatments have been given regularly as shown on the shot records provided but I still can't guarantee this puppy is free of worms. The above puppy comes with a limited health guarantee. To qualify for the health
guarantee you must be the original buyer of the puppy and within 72 hours of acquisition have the puppy examined and checked by a licensed veterinarian at the buyer’s expense. If the vet finds any kind of life threatening congenital defect, the puppy will be exchanged for another puppy of equal or lesser value when available. A written assessment from the examining veterinarian must accompany the puppy. The puppy must be alive, uninjured, and have the original papers when returned for replacement. The health guarantee only covers
the puppy; we do not cover nor are we responsible for associated costs such as, but not limited to, veterinarian fees, animal clinic costs, medications, shipping, personal damages, and emotional grief. If a problem does exist and you decide not to return the puppy you will be responsible for all vet bills incurred.  
We do not guarantee color, the adult size, conformation, reproductive ability, testicles descending, potty training ability or the temperament of the  puppy. The guarantee does not cover non-genetic and common conditions such as hernias of any kind, thin coat, internal and external parasites, hypoglycemia, minor physical flaws, loose stools, or any other such condition that can be corrected with proper veterinarian treatment. This puppy is guaranteed for 72 hours after purchase date for life threatening hereditary conditions. If the condition causes the puppy’s demise, an autopsy must be performed to verify that the condition caused the demise without doubt. No guarantee is given to the puppy on any shots, worming medication, or other medications that are administered to it during the 72 hour examination period by the veterinarian.

This written agreement is the entire agreement between the owner and buyer of the puppy concerning the health conditions or loss of the puppy purchased today (the date the puppy is paid for). I, the buyer, have read these limited warranties including the general terms and conditions, all of which I understand and accept.
